Defining the Vision & Shaping the Design
From the first meeting, we focus on uncovering your needs and goals. We walk through your home, room by room, discussing how each space should look, feel, and function. Then we translate those conversations into a clear, actionable plan that defines the project scope, establishes priorities, and sets the foundation for every decision that follows.
During design, the vision comes into focus. We source finishes, select furnishings, and create layouts to show how each element will work together. You may join Blair on a trade day to explore options firsthand, or review curated selections we present in-studio. Every choice is made with your goals, budget, and timeline in mind.
Orchestrating the Process
Once the design is approved, we manage the details. Orders are placed, schedules are coordinated, and we oversee all moving parts—ensuring materials and furnishings arrive in the right place at the right time. If construction is involved, we work closely with your builder or contractor to keep the process running smoothly.

The finishing Touch
Finally, installation day arrives. We bring in furnishings, layer accessories, hang artwork, and make any necessary adjustments so the finished space feels complete. Our final walkthrough addresses every last detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
